Good day ladies

Did you know that you can use your normal contraceptives as emergency contraceptives which you use when you've had unprotected s*x and don't want to fall pregnant.

The first column is the name of the contraceptive, the second column is how many pills you such take as your first dose and the 3rd column is how many pills to take on your second dose.

The first dose you should take within 5 days or else you are no longer protected from pregnancy.

The second dose, you need to take 12 hours after the first dose or the pills won't work.

Please share this information to prevent any unwanted pregnancies.

Good day ladies.
This page's purpose was for woman health and to reduce illnesses and mortality by the use of giving free advise and knowledge about thier bodies.
It saddens me to see all this femicide happening all over these days. What saddens me even more is that the only reason we are aware and talking about it is because the media has chosen to give it coverage this week. However after a week, 3 most we would be talking whatever that would be trending at that time.
I for one cannot think of a solution for what we are going through at the moment.
