Are you looking for me ? Do I owe you money ?
Yes, I am a skelm, bu****it artist, a story teller of note.
I am very friendly, polite and charming. I can tell you lots of stories, I am into hunting, farming, construction, lubricants & petroleum and at the moment selling to the medical industry.
I won’t tell you, obviously, that I owe money left right and centre. My latest accomplishment is to have swindled an old woman in her 80’s while she was put into an old age home due to her horrible sickness of Parkinsons.
I didn’t care that her daughter dropped the ball & presumed that I’d be honest to pay her mother rent. I simply didn’t pay for 10 months while the old lady’s daughter was under duress of all sorts in order to settle her mother into an old age home overseas and try to wrap up her mother’s affairs.
When her daughter did eventually take notice, I came up with a story that I put the rent money into my ex-landlords, ex-wife’s account by mistake and she refuses to give my money back ! 😱
What can I say ? She accepted me to stay on and I started to pay my rent even though I was always late and skipped a month here and there…
I’m a bachelor, my apartment looked pretty neat and my daughter’s room looked gorgeous. In terms of cleanliness, what can I say, that’s not my forte and neither is respecting other people’s property. In the meantime, I did behave as a quiet tenant and made no waves. What more could you ask for ?
but hey, I started dating my girlfriend and needed to keep up a good standing until I gained my girlfriend’s trust to eventually move in with her.
And after all, I’m sure the old lady has no idea of who I am and probably doesn’t need the money. Anyone who is better off than me can afford to support me whether they like it or not.
That’s my MO and really, you can’t find much about me on the internet so that I’m under the radar and keep on with my fabulous stories to the unsuspecting.
Now I have started fresh with my lovely girlfriend who is probably non-the-wiser and is as sweet as pie.
Let’s see how this works out because it appears that my MO is starting to get uncovered as I owed my previous landlord and also other people that are coming out of the woodwork.
Sue me if you can 😎
I’m sure that the people I owe money to would have loved to have known beforehand but I’m difficult to trace and lots of people are trusting without doing background checks. So be it, if you are prepared to be fooled, that’s on you 🫣
But if you are reading this, then rest assured that someone went through the trouble for you to find out, a leopard doesn’t change it’s spots and you won’t change me, even if you mean well.
