TIP #001: meal prep is not one size fits all, find a schedule that works for you and your family.

Monthly meal prep: choose one weekend per month and dedicate the first day to creating a recipe plan, grocery list and purchasing all of your ingredients. You should pick a number of recipes that allow enough variety without getting bored (4-5 meals) and cook as many portions your family needs for the month.

Day 2 is all about the cooking, cook all of your ingredients, portion them out into your meal prep containers and allow to cool before sealing and freezing.
