YOU FOUND THE B**R THAT ISN’T ON EVERY OTHER MENU.

There is a particular satisfaction in finding something good before everybody else does.

For b**r lovers, Magalies Brewing Company offers locally brewed L***r and Pale Ale worth discovering.

🍺 YOUR SATURDAY PLANS HAVE JUST BEEN REPLACED.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
That grocery run? Sunday.
The DIY project? It’s waited this long.
Cleaning the garage? Please. Be serious.
Because on 31 October,

Magalies Brewing Company presents OKTOBERFEST. 🍻

From 09:30 to 15:30, we’re dedicating six very sensible hours to doing something considerably more enjoyable.
B**r. Food. Friends. Beautiful surroundings. Repeat where necessary.
Choose how you’d like to Oktoberfest:

🍻 R500 | THE WHOLE SHEBANG
Enjoy as much b**r as you like, plus a small lunch to keep the afternoon civilised.

🍺 R70 | THE “LET ME TASTE FIRST” OPTION
Four b**r samples followed by one full b**r of your choice.
And because not every great drink needs a frothy head, we’ll also have b**r cocktails and other refined drinks available.

📅 31 October 🕤 09:30 – 15:30 📍 Kleine Constantia

Pre-book to secure your spot, or come through on the day and pay for the experience you fancy, subject to availability.

Pre-book with Mari:

The garage will still be there on Sunday.

Oktoberfest at Kleine Constantia only happens on 31 October. 🍻

Myth: Customers only order the b**r brands they already know.
Fact: Sometimes they just need a reason to try something new.

A recommendation from the bartender. A tasting note on the menu. A locally brewed option they have not seen everywhere else.

Discovery is part of what makes going out enjoyable.

If you run a pub or bar, don’t underestimate the value of giving your customers something new to talk about.

Tag a venue that should have more local b**r on its menu.

Happy Heritage Day, South Africa 🇿🇦

Today we celebrate the stories, flavours, traditions and people that make our country what it is.

Here’s to good food, great company, local flavour and a cold b**r shared around the table. 🍺

From all of us at Magalies Brewing Company, we wish you a Heritage Day filled with connection, celebration and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

Cheers to South African heritage.

3 SIMPLE WAYS TO HELP CUSTOMERS TRY A NEW B**R

“Got a great b**r nobody knows yet?”
1. Describe it simply. Skip the b**r lecture.
2. Recommend it with the right meal or occasion.
3. Let your team confidently suggest it

Great b**r still needs a great introduction. A new b**r doesn’t need a 10-minute speech. It needs the right introduction.

Keep the description simple, help customers understand what to expect and make it easy for your team to recommend it.

Save this if you manage a pub, bar or restaurant, and speak to us if you’re looking for a locally brewed L***r or Pale Ale to add to your offering.

WHAT ACTUALLY MAKES A GREAT L***R?

Cold gets the first sip. Quality earns the second.

Our L***r is brewed for people who appreciate a crisp, refreshing b**r with character. And for pubs and bars, it is an opportunity to offer customers something they may not already see everywhere else.

Venue owners: want to talk b**r? Contact us.

YOUR B**R MENU SHOULD GIVE PEOPLE A REASON TO COME BACK.

If every venue pours the same familiar labels, what makes your b**r offering memorable?

Magalies Brewing Company gives high-end pubs and bars another option: locally brewed L***r and Pale Ale made by a master brewer, with a flavour experience your customers won’t find everywhere.

For venue owners, a distinctive b**r list can become part of the experience you are selling, not just something sitting behind the bar.

Looking for something different to add to your taps or b**r menu? Get in touch with us.

Taste Craft B**r Like You Know What You’re Doing

You don’t need a fancy vocabulary or a perfectly trained palate to appreciate craft b**r. Slow down. Notice the aroma. Take a proper sip. Pay attention to what remains afterwards.

Most importantly, trust your own taste. The “best” b**r is the one you genuinely enjoy, not the one somebody tells you to like.

Share this carousel with the friend who always chooses the first b**r on the menu.

“Does darker b**r always taste stronger?”

Unpopular opinion: judging a b**r only by its colour is like choosing a book by its cover. Dark b**r is not automatically stronger, bitterer or more difficult to enjoy. Its colour and flavour depend on the ingredients and brewing style.

Taste first. Decide afterwards. Your new favourite may surprise you. Save this for your next tasting and comment: pale or dark?

Here’s to the Women Who Refuse to Be Put in a Box

Some women lead from the front. Others quietly change everything around them.
This Women’s Day, we celebrate the women who build businesses, raise families, lead teams, support communities and still make time for the people they love.

Here’s to their courage, ideas and determination.

May every woman have the freedom to choose her own path and the confidence to walk it proudly.

Tag a remarkable South African woman and tell us what makes her unforgettable.
