WE ARE HIRING A PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR
Job description
Location: Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 5 days a week
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director and assist with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations and coordination.
- Handle filing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Support general business needs and run errands.
Requirements:
- Previous PA/administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Own transport is required.
- Reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Reliable, discreet, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in office tools and software applications.
- Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are a plus.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Ideal Candidate:
Efficient, hands-on, capable of working under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
