Ginifer Joburg Dry and Chilli infused

Ginifer is an Artisanal Joburg Dry Gin carefully crafted in small batches and copper distilled in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. This Gin represents Joburg and the Vibrant energy only this city has to offer. Its a bold Gin, loaded with flavour! Ginifer is Juniper forward with strong pepper and cardamom notes, ideal as a G&T with a slice of fresh Naartjie to offset the pepper.

The 13 Botanicals used to make Ginifer are a blend of European and African, Juniper from Macadonia, Coriander from Russia and Angelica from England. The African Botanicals are sourced from the Faraday muti market, Esselen Street, Joburg CBD. The central symbol on the bottle design represent the multiple culture, languages and colours of the city and those who occupy it.

Ginifer Barrel aged Chilli infused Gin is the second product in the Ginifer range. The Gin base is identical to Ginifer, but the magic is a 18 month old aged Chilli essence. The cayenne chille essence is aged in sherry casks, intensifying the capsicum and enhancing the flavour with a smokiness. The chilli essence adds a soft heat to the pallet, lasting only a moment and then tickling the back of the throat. This is a wonderful experience, exciting most clients and surprising them with delight.

Ideally served with a slice of fresh pineapple, Indian Tonic and some fresh Basil
