Behind every harvest, there are the hoomans who keep the farm moving.

Meet Vlok, Jan and Gilton — the steady hands behind the vines, gardens and everyday rhythm at Long Dog. Vlok sees everything before it becomes a problem, Jan knows the farm from the pipes to the pumps, and Gilton is always growing something new.

Of course, Sam, Ziggy and Enzo still provide the leadership, supervision and occasional tail-wagging approval. 🐾

Because great farms are not built on systems alone. They are built on experience, instinct and care.

Summer in Stellenbosch is beautiful — but it’s also fire season.
