5, the wine evolved from a single Bordeaux-style blend to a range that reflects the Stellenbosch viticultural landscape. The Stellenbosch Reserve now encompasses six wines, both red and white, focusing on the classic Stellenbosch varietals of Chardonnay, Chenin blanc, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines, like the place, captures that perfect balance between accessibility and seriousness. The grapes for The Stellenbosch Reserve are sourced from various appellations within the Stellenbosch region. We enjoy long-standing relationships with well-established producers so that we receive consistently high-quality fruit from which to make our wine.
