𝑯𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒊! 🥳

October 2026 marks Madi's Natural Products 3rd anniversary! 🍾

Madi & Andy Howell hail from a farm in the beautiful Nottingham Road in the KZN Midlands. Madi always lived a healthy lifestyle & pretty soon had her own vegetable patch and made her own cheese & yoghurt using pasture raised Jersey milk.

When they moved to Stilbaai a few years ago she had to buy "shop" yoghurt & just could not stomach it. 🙂‍↔️ Madi went on a search for a Jersey cow farmer and found one in Riversdale! 🐂 So on she went, making her own yoghurt again - happy Madi! 😍 But she made too much the first time & handed out to friends & neighbours. A couple of days later there was a knock on the door - it was the neighbour with the words "we have a problem; now wé cannot eat the shop-bought yoghurt". Said neighbour convinced Madi to make yoghurt & they would pay her for it. And the rest is history as they say!

From a home-industry Madi has expanded her range of products & now produces: 𝐊𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐫, 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭, 𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐤𝐲𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭(𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐚𝐭), 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭 & 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭, 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐧𝐞𝐡 (𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞) & 𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐫𝐚𝐠-𝐊𝐨𝐬! 💪

Your gut is the long series of hollow organs that digest food, absorb nutrients, and remove waste.

🔍 Parts of the Gut:

Mouth & Esophagus: Chew food and move it down to the stomach.
Stomach: Uses acids and juices to break food down.
Small Intestine: Absorbs most nutrients and water.
Large Intestine: Turns leftover waste into faecal matter.

🦠 The Gut Microbiome:

Trillions of helpful bacteria, fungi, and viruses live inside your intestines. They break down fiber, make important vitamins, and support a large part of your immune system.

💞 The Gut-Brain Connection:

Your gut connects to your brain through the vagus nerve. It produces most of your body's feel-good chemical, serotonin, and can affect your mood, stress levels, and daily energy.

✨ Tip:

Feed your gut with fiber-rich foods, Madi's Natural Products (yoghurt and kefir) , and plenty of water.
