This past Saturday, we made Wraps & Focaccia with Sourdough Discard!
This time, we had a mix of returning students and new faces — and one even brought her brand-new husband along 😉 As they put it, “Couples who bake together stay together!” 💕
This workshop is a little less talky and a lot more do-ey! 🙌
You get your ingredients weighed out and your recipes & notes. We have a little chat about sourdough discard before getting straight into the fun part — you do the baking!
With two recipes to make from start to finish (with my guidance, of course), you get plenty of hands-on experience and the chance to learn by doing.
And the best part? You go home with freshly baked focaccia and wraps (if temptation hasn't got the better of you and you've already sampled the goods! 😋), along with your notes, recipes and, most importantly, the confidence to make them at home.
