Farm Update 🐔📈
As part of the natural production cycle, our hens have entered their molting phase. During this time they shed old feathers and rest while preparing for a new laying cycle. Because of this, egg production temporarily decreases, which is a normal and healthy stage for the flock.
During this transition, we are introducing Cull Chickens from our Lohmann Brown flock. These hens have completed their prime egg-laying period and are well known for their rich flavor and firm meat, making them perfect for stews, soups, and traditional home cooking.
We have also updated our egg price list during this period.
At Green Valley Eggs, we are continuously growing and improving our farm. In the near future we are planning to introduce broiler chickens and additional farm products to better serve our customers.
