Hi Friends!

There’s a new recipe on the blog for these delicious Spicy Fish Balls. Fish Balls? essentially they’re bite sized fish cakes or fish meatballs. These little gems are packed with flavour, texture and colour, for very little effort.

Hi Friends! Hope 2025 is treating you well so far. It sure has kicked off with a bang for me. Lots of new exciting projects in the works behind the scenes, which I'll be sharing soon.

In the meantime back to regular content. We all know by now that I'm salad obsessed in summer. Here's my latest Peach and Prosciutto Salad. I adore cling peaches, so that was my choice. But feel free to use any peach variety or nectarines if you wish. Adorned with lightly toasted Pine Nuts for extra crunch and some shavings of deliciously tangy mature Gruberg cheese. Yum! A delight of texture, flavour and colour. All my favourites.
