🍔 BlixSam's Pulled Pork Burger
Ingredients
- 1kg pork shoulder or pork neck
- 2 tbsp BlixSam Yanky Sauce (for mixing into the pulled pork)
- 4 burger buns
- BlixSam's Fried Caramelised Yanky Onions
- Extra BlixSam Yanky Sauce for serving
Method
1. Cook the pork low and slow until tender enough to pull apart easily with two forks.
2. Remove the pork from the cooking liquid and shred into fine strands.
3. Mix 2 tbsp Yanky Sauce through the warm pulled pork until evenly coated.
4. Lightly toast the burger buns.
5. Pile the pulled pork generously onto the buns.
6. Top with BlixSam's Fried Caramelised Yanky Onions.
7. Finish with an extra drizzle of Yanky Sauce.
8. Serve immediately.
