Great wine doesn’t rush, and “The Work of Time” from Springfield Estate is a Bordeaux-style blend built with on patience.

The vines were allowed to mature for nine years before the first vintage was produced, followed by two years in barrel and four years in bottle before its release. The result is a rich, complex red that truly lives up to its name.

Layers of dark berries, cassis and cherry with notes of cedar, to***co and subtle spice, all supported by refined tannins create a beautifully balanced structure.

Crafted from classic Bordeaux varieties including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, this wine is made to be savoured slowly. Because some things are worth waiting for.
