A healthy meets tasty combo!!
If you are not eating your veggies like this, ninshi kaya.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage
- Sweet and sour chicken filling
- Rice
- Sliced cucumber
- Avocado
Preparation
1. Prepare your sweet and sour chicken using diced chicken breast.
2. Blanch the Chinese cabbage, then place it in ice-cold water to stop the cooking process.
3. To assemble the wrap, line a sheet of parchment paper with the blanched Chinese cabbage.
4. Start with a thin layer of sliced cucumber, followed by a layer of rice, then a layer of sweet and sour chicken, and finally a layer of sliced avocado.
5. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
6. Roll it up into a wrap and enjoy!
