We are looking for a site Supervisor with good crop management knowledge and skills(tomato, fresh maize and okra.etc). Preferably one who has a motorbike licence and has knowledge of Limulunga plain(Western province) terrain and MUST be able to live on the site. Traceable experience for this position is needed. We finally managed to pack our paddy and we can fairly say rice production was OK and on overall, ending our first year agriculture start-up on a good note. We surely have Lessons that we learnt and going in the second year we feel we know better and definitely we plan on doing better. Thanks team for the effort

We managed to cut and stack all the rice from this particular field. Tomorrow we start shelling and hopefully it will take a day and half since we will be using some form of mechanization to do the work quickly. For a start up its not bad and we will be able to share pics of our total bags when all fields are done harvested.

Rice harvesting is underway. We are cutting and stacking and then shelling. This is the first day of harvesting and we estimate to use three days on cutting and stacking. We will keep you posted on this wonderful journey😊

Good morning farmers.
Today we are Ikakuyu village our main site to check on the rice fields. This field in particular we expect to start the harvesting mid next week. A very successful rice field too that makes us happy. Thanks team for the effort

Join our team as they do a final field visitation in Ñoma community before harvest. The purpose for the visit was estimation of bags of rice to be harvested to help us with budgeting for empty bags, sickles, tents, number of people to be involved etc. The team is very pleased and satisfied with what they see.
