Water alone is not enough. Crop care must be consistent.

What is the biggest challenge you face with irrigation. Leave the comment 👇

Hot weather demands consistent irrigation.

Adequate soil moisture helps plants withstand heat stress and reduces conditions that can encourage pest and disease problems. Regularly monitor soil moisture and irrigate according to the crop’s needs.

RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

When crops receive enough water, the right chemicals and fertiliser, good aeration, proper weeding, and even the right attention and care, the results become visible.

Farming does not need much explanation — the results speak for themselves.

HOT WEATHER IS A NUISANCE TO PLANTS!

As temperatures rise, moisture management becomes critical. Adequate soil moisture and timely irrigation help crops withstand heat stress and maintain healthy growth.

At Phenec Farm, we are doing our part — irrigating, monitoring and protecting our crops.

But as production grows, more irrigation facilities are needed to sustain year-round production.

Water is productivity. Irrigation is resilience.

A FARMER CAN GET HER HANDS DIRTY AND STILL KNOW HOW TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

Farming is part of me, but it is not all of me.
Sometimes, I step away from the farm, take care of myself, and simply enjoy being a woman.

Tomorrow, the worksuit may be back on. 😊🌱

Can we agree that a woman can be both hardworking and beautiful?

HEAVY LOADS, STRONG ATTITUDE!

The excitement and willingness of the team to push heavy bags of cabbages to the loading bay really caught my attention.

Moral lesson: Hard work becomes lighter when there is teamwork, willingness and ownership.

What makes people push beyond the weight?

Produce • Manage • Market • Sell.
