VACANCY – KIDS PLAY CENTRE STAFF -KWEKWE
We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and child-friendly individuals to join our Kids Play Centre team.
Available Positions
• Kids Play Centre Supervisor
• Childcare/Play Centre Attendants
• Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioner
• Activities & Games Facilitator
• First Aid/Health & Safety Attendant
Minimum Requirements
• Relevant qualification in ECD, Childcare, Education, Recreation, Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant experience,working with children.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise children responsibly and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Police clearance/child safeguarding clearance will be required.

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR function. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping employee experience, driving organizational performance, and maintaining high standards aligned with luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s overall business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Manage performance management systems and staff development programs
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
• Lead training initiatives to enhance service excellence
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting
• Support departmental heads with workforce planning and capacity management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years’ HR experience, preferably within hospitality or a luxury service environment
