There are many different varieties, and each one has its own special characteristics — from size, shape and colour to firmness, sweetness, flavour and shelf life.

We grow several varieties, each chosen for its unique strengths and performance.

Big, bold and built to impress!

UCD Victor is a short-day strawberry variety developed by the University of California, Davis — and it’s a real standout in the field.

🍓 Large, beautiful fruit
🍓 Firm and juicy
🍓 Great flavour
🍓 Excellent shelf life
🍓 High percentage of marketable fruit

Victor is particularly loved for producing those gorgeous, premium-looking berries that hold their quality from farm to punnet to customer.

It starts with a little white flower. Once pollinated, that flower slowly transforms into a delicious red berry over a period of around 21 days. 🍓

So when you see fields full of strawberry flowers, you’re looking at the next crop of berries in the making! 😍

💰 Accountant (ok maybe he still has some work to do in this 🤣😅)

Somewhere in there he also has to actually grow strawberries. 🍓

Being a Zimbabwean farmer is basically having 17 careers, 4 radios, 900 problems and absolutely no idea what’s happening tomorrow. 🇿🇼😂
