MANGO STICKY RICE 🥭🍚
Ingredients
For the Coconut Rice:
* 160g glutinous rice
* 130g coconut milk
* 2g salt
* 10g sugar

For the Coconut Sauce:
* 100g coconut milk
* 8g sugar
* 2g salt
* 5g corn starch

Preparation
1. Soak the Rice: Soak the glutinous rice in water for 3 hours. (You can skip this step if using a rice cooker.)

2. Steam the Rice: Steam the glutinous rice for 40 minutes.

3. Prepare the Coconut Mixture: In a saucepan, cook the coconut milk, salt, and sugar over low heat until the sugar and salt are fully dissolved.

4. Combine Rice and Coconut Mixture: Pour the hot steamed rice into the coconut milk mixture and let it soak for 30 minutes.

5. Make the Coconut Sauce: In another saucepan, cook the coconut milk, sugar, salt, and corn starch over low heat until the sauce thickens.

6. Serve: Peel and slice fresh mangoes. Plate the rice and mango slices as desired. Drizzle the thickened coconut sauce over the top and enjoy!

McFlurry recipe

* 4 cups vanilla ice cream
* 6 oz cool whip
* 4 tbsp milk or half & half
* 14 Oreos crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

* Add the ice cream, cool whip, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

* Add in the Oreos and pulse to combine. Don’t overmix, we want there to be some bigger chunks of Oreo for that awesome crunch.

* Serve and enjoy!

PANDAN COCONUT WAFFLES
Dry Ingredients:
- 240g tapioca starch (2 cups)
- 60g rice flour (1/2 cup)
- 60g all-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
- 200g sugar (1 cup)
- 10g baking powder (2 tsp)
- 1g salt (1/4 tsp)

Wet Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 400ml coconut cream (1 can, 14oz)
- 15ml vegetable oil (1 tbsp)
- 2.5ml pandan extract (1/2 tsp)

Steps:
1. In a bowl, beat 3 eggs.

2. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients.

3. Sieve the tapioca starch, rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Optional: Add shredded coconut into the batter if you like.

4. Once the waffle maker is heated, pour in the batter and bake until golden brown.

5. Sprinkle on coconut flakes and enjoy!

4 Heavenly Cake Frostings to Top Off Your Sweet Creations

1. Classic Buttercream Frosting

Flavor: Rich, sweet, and creamy
Best for: Layer cakes, cupcakes, piping decorations

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
• 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Beat butter until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
2. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
3. Mix in vanilla, salt, and cream until smooth and spreadable.
4. Beat on high for 2–3 more minutes for extra fluffiness.

2. Whipped Cream Frosting

Flavor: Light, airy, mildly sweet
Best for: Fresh fruit cakes, light sponge cakes

Ingredients:
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• ¼–½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Chill mixing bowl and beaters.
2. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
3. Add sugar and vanilla; whip to stiff peaks.
4. Use immediately or stabilize with 1 tbsp cornstarch or gelatin for longer hold.

4. Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Flavor: Silky, less sweet than classic buttercream
Best for: Layer cakes, smooth finishes, piping roses

Ingredients:
• 5 egg whites
• 1½ cups granulated sugar
• 2 cups unsalted butter, cubed and softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Heat egg whites and sugar in a double boiler, whisking until sugar dissolves (160°F/70°C).
2. Transfer to mixer and beat to stiff peaks (10 mins).
3. Add butter gradually, then vanilla and salt.
4. Beat until smooth and silky.

WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients:
- 32 oz heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup white chocolate pudding mix

Instructions:
1. Whisk all ingredients on low until combined.

2. Increase speed to high and whip until stiff peaks form.

3. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

BUTTERCREAM
Ingredients:
* 1 & 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
* 3 to 5 cups icing sugar, sifted (to taste)
* 1/4 tsp fine salt
* 4 tsp vanilla extract
* 3-4 Tbsp heavy cream or whole milk (adjust to desired consistency)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy.

2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time until fully incorporated.

3. Add the salt, vanilla extract, and 3 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk. Beat on high speed until the frosting is smooth and fluffy. Add more cream or milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Caramel Crunch Cupcakes Recipe.........😋😋😋

For the Cupcakes:
👉Ingredients:
• 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• Pinch of Salt

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a cupcake tray.
2. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
4. Mix in vanilla extract.
5. In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
7. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Let cool completely.

🍯 For the Caramel Sauce:

👉Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• Pinch of Salt (optional, for salted caramel)

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. In a dry pan, melt sugar over medium heat until it turns amber (don’t stir too much).
2. Add butter and stir quickly.
3. Slowly pour in cream (be careful, it bubbles up).
4. Stir until smooth. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
5. Let cool slightly before use.

🍬 For the Crunch Topping:

👉Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Crushed Toffee or Caramel Candy
• 1/4 cup Roasted Chopped Nuts (optional)
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

💁‍♂️Instructions:
1. Mix crushed candy, nuts, and sugar together.
2. Lightly toast in a dry pan for 1–2 minutes or until caramelized. Let it cool and harden.

🧁 Final Assembly:
1. Once cupcakes are cool, drizzle or pipe caramel sauce over the top.
2. Sprinkle with crunch topping for texture.
3. (Optional) Pipe a swirl of whipped cream or buttercream before caramel and crunch for extra flair.

Oreo Cupcakes Recipe.........😋😋😋

👉Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup hot water (or coffee for flavor boost)

Mix-in:
• 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (about 6 cookies)

💁‍♂️Instructions:

Preheat to 175°C (350°F). Line cupcake tray with liners.

In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla until well combined.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

Slowly mix in hot water (batter will be thin). Fold in crushed Oreos.

Pour batter into cupcake liners (about 2/3 full).
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

🍦 Oreo Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 1–2 tbsp heavy cream or milk

• 6–8 Oreos, finely crushed (use a food processor for best result)

💁‍♂️Instructions:

In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy (2–3 mins).

Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix on low to avoid mess.

Add vanilla and 1 tbsp cream or milk. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Add more cream if needed for softer consistency.

Fold in crushed Oreos. Make sure they’re finely crushed or they’ll clog piping tips.

Use a piping bag or spread with a spatula. Top with half an Oreo if you like!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil (or melted butter)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs

(Optional: pinch of salt & 1 tsp vanilla extract for flavor boost)

💁‍♂️Instructions:

2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
3. Add milk and oil, mix well.
