Great safety culture starts with great training. JIC is looking for a QHSE Trainer to build awareness and compliance across our teams.

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field

✅ Minimum 3 years of QHSE training experience, ideally in industrial catering or hospitality

✅ Proficiency in Hindi and English with strong presentation and documentation skills

✅ Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000

✅ HACCP Level 3 or 4 and Train the Trainer certification (NEBOSH/IOSH is a plus)

✅ Experience in site inspections, audits, and training needs analysis

✅ Ability to deliver inductions, refreshers, and TBTs on H&S, HACCP, PPE, fire safety, hygiene, and environment
