How it all started.
Personally, I’m really a sweet-tooth. I love cakes, chocolates, candies, and everything that is sweet and tickles my taste buds. I also started a liking onto baking way back 2014 when I arrived in the United Arab Emirates as a hobby since there is much time to occupy my homesickness - being alone is sad especially if you are a thousand miles away from home. But the real story started when I tried a cheesecake from a well-known coffee bar and whoa! it came from a sudden unconscious thought that someday I will make my own version of it. The thought was backed up with my desire to impress my husband because he is indeed a cheesecake lover. So it began, the searching and numerous trial and error process I made to achieve the best version I could for my cheesecake. Up until now I’m still learning and trying to improve my recipe through the help of our customers feedback and suggestions. So if there is someone who really helped in making our cheesecakes and I am most thankful of - it is YOU because of your support.
