Real talk: small habanero days are humbling. More peppers per pound = more stems to pull = a whole lot more time hunched over a tub of chilis. But this is the part nobody sees, and it’s the part that matters. Every pepper inspected. Every stem removed. Every bad one tossed. That’s the only way the sauce earns the bottle.

Meet Iftar Date 🌙
Our seasonal sauce built around dates and date syrup, layered with tamarind and pasilla chilli. Medium heat, jammy fruitiness, slow warmth.

It leans sweet, then tangy, then gently hot. The kind of heat that builds without taking over.

Perfect with braised lamb, anything cheesy, or on a mezze spread. Also makes a very solid Ramadan gift.

When you run a small business, “time off” is a pretty flexible concept.
Weekends turn into bottling days, packing nights, and making sure every last order gets where it needs to go, especially this time of year.
It can be tiring, a little chaotic, and very real, but we’re genuinely grateful to be doing it together, in good spirits, and with a lot of laughs in between.
