“Creation fuels me,” he says and it shows in everything from our campaign visuals to our brand storytelling.

Meet Saoirse dalton our Marketing Executive based at Emerald Hospitality Head Office, Dubai.

Saoirse started with us in Administration almost 3 years ago and has since become a force behind the creativity and storytelling that bring the McCafferty’s brand to life.

From world-class live music nights to helping achieve the Guinness World Record for the Largest Irish Bar in the World, her work captures the energy and craic that define our venues.

“I love taking an idea, building it out, and seeing it connect with people. If I can make someone feel like they already know the place before they walk in, then I’m doing it right.”

Her go-to combo? A chicken fillet roll and a crisp pint of Guinness - say no more!

Looking ahead, Saoirse hopes to see Emerald continue growing while keeping the heart of what makes it special: the warmth, the craic, and that feeling of instantly belonging.
