Its blend different types of tea leaves to make one type and add flavours that include fresh ground cardamon , ginger and others.” Tea is brewed with tea leaves, Ginger and cardamom , ingredient along with fresh milk. It is boiled for a longer period of time, to make it kadak (strong) and also infuse all the flavours
