Have you thought of using your kefir in smoothies or your protein shakes?

Serves 2

400ml Milk kefir
1 banana
Protein powder (follow instructions for two people)
1 tbspn MCT oil
1 tbspn peanut butter
A good handful of ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
