It’s a brief we are hearing more and more across the bar. Here is how we decode it (swipe):
The Heat: We use Green Chilli for a bright, vegetal spice rather than a smoky or heavy one.
The Balance: We pair it with Watermelon. This creates a high-contrast, “juicy/sweet” profile that cools the palate while keeping the drink dangerously crushable.
