She said she doesn’t want a very sweet cake.
So decided on an angel food with fresh cream and berries cake. Very last minute that too, Baked on the same day. Fresh cream is definitely not my favourite medium. Though i do work with it.
I don’t want to add many things to make it stable and it can sense my nervousness. On occasions i have turned it into butter the minute I took my eyes off much like the milk over boiling, it refuses to whip and stand up straight the days I want it to.

But today it did and she loved it. Content I shall sleep well. 😄

And the boy is back with requests. We made Mini Corn Dogs. I really feel the mini is just the perfect size. I don’t think i could eat more than that.
