Shucked fresh at 🦪🍋
Our oyster shucking station at the Future Hospitality Summit was a collaboration between FreshOnTable and Blue Waters SPC. Guests enjoyed oysters opened to order, served ice-cold, alongside tastings and conversations about the future of seafood in the region.

Great oysters can come from right here in the Gulf. By bringing in regionally farmed oysters alongside local supply, we’re building a more diverse and resilient seafood market and strengthening food security for the region.
