Fresh Meat and Seafood Antigua is the first suoplier to introduce premium, fresh French Gillardeau Oysters to our exclusive customers on the island.

Sourced in the UK from the origin of Marennes-Oléron, France, these Oysters are known for their plump, meaty texture and sweet, buttery flavor.

They are easily identified by a laser-engraved "G" on each shell, signifying their high quality and are a delicacy favored by top chefs and guests worldwide and are best served with lemon or a mignonette.
