Ferma dhe me pas kantina nisen te krijohen rreth vitit 1993. Qe prej fillimit, rritja ka qene graduale ne saje te punes se perditshme familjare duke arritur sot nje siperfaqe totale prej 10ha. Klutura qe spikat me teper eshte rrushi, i cili eshte i organizuar ne vreshte. Por nuk mbeten pas as kultura te tjera si ullinj, shege dhe peme te ndryshme bashkeshoqeruar me disa pula dhe dele. Ferma shtrih

et ne fushen e Dukatit, 3 km larg detit, ne nje toke te kuqe skeletike gurishtore, me diellezim te perhershem si dhe nen ndikimin e rrymave ajrore qe kembehen diten nga deti dhe naten nga mali i Llogorait. Keto kushte klimatike teper te favorshme per bimet, shoqeruar me plehr organik, perbejne elementet baze per produkte bio si:
vere, raki, ullinj dhe vaj ulliri, shege, fruta, perime, veze, bime medicinale etj. Te gjitha produktet e siperpermendura serviren ne ambjentet e larshmishme midis gjelberimit te natyres. Ferma pozicionohet 1km larg rruges nacionale Orikum - Llogora.
