👨🍳 Chef Razmig Minassian
Receiving his Professional training in France, Chef Razmig opened his first restaurant, Sushi Kohi, in Trets en Provence back in 2012. Since then, he’s won the Hygiene and Sanitary Award given to him by the French Government, emphasising Sushi Kohi’s motto that “Quality is Guaranteed”.
Over the course of a decade, he’s consulted for multiple restaurants both in France and Armenia, Due to his extend knowledge on the Art of Sushi which he was thought by Japanese and Korean Sushi Masters he has progressively won the title of Sushi master
