Hemos trabajado en lograr un nivel alto de sostenibilidad social y ambiental, mejorando el tratamiento de nuestros residuos, siendo más eficientes con los recursos energéticos y gestionando mejor el uso del agua
y mejorando nuestra relación con empleados y comunidad. Nuestra bodega subterránea fue diseñada para combinar la tradición enológica con la tecnología de punta y por ende producir vinos de alta gama, usando 85% menos energía en control de temperatura que otras bodegas. We have worked to achieve a higher level of social and environmental sustainability by improving our waste treatment, energy efficiency, and water management while also enhancing our relationship with employees and the community. Our sustainable underground winery was designed to combine winemaking tradition with state-of-the-art technology to produce high quality wines using 85% less energy for temperature control than other wineries.
