Cabernet Franc. Handpicked with every bunch individually selected for optimum ripeness to produce this rare 100% single varietal classic from Argentina. Deliciously perfumed in red bramble, green bell pepper with elegant notes of herbaceous fruits. Aged for 12 months in medium toasted French oak barrels adding hints of mocha and clove. Medium-bodied with a savoury surge in the mouth, well-balanced tannins and a finish of dry roasted fruits. The acidity creates a refreshing mineral backbone will pair perfectly with tomato-based dishes and cheeses. An incredibly long finish for a Cabernet Franc. Serve: 16 – 18 c. Alc 13.7
