May 5th, the disc grill is fired up, and I'm cooking some delicious boga empanadas 🇦🇷🔥
Today I used homemade dough, a really tasty filling, and fried them on the disc grill using the basket disc from which makes everything so much easier and more even when cooking.

Another season for this species has come to an end, and I couldn't think of a better way to bid it farewell than this: turned into a burger. 🍔🐟

It’s a different way to enjoy every catch, making the most of the fish and wrapping up the season on a delicious note. Now, it’s time to wait for the next encounter on the river.
