Since 2006 we have nurtured this historic piece of Argentine gaucho culture and added a unique vineyard that brings back the wine-making and asado tradition of the Region. Guests at Condor Valley enjoy

the Estancia life while they experience magical horseback riding adventures, hiking, birding; camping and most spectacularly, some of the best condor viewing in all of South America. The hosts and staff are experienced guides at Condor Valley and they are also more then happy to take you one of the finest, insider's tour of the Salta Region which of course includes plenty of wine tasting.

Our Story

Condor Valley Estate & Winery is an all-inclusive adventure tourism destination, unique winery and private wildlife reserve in Salta, Argentina. Adventure travelers come to our historic ranch to experience dramatic horse outings, wildlife viewing, delicious asados & handcrafted wines on a historic ranch.

Located in the mystical Northwest of Argentina, Condor Valley is less than 2 hours from the Salta airport, guarded by the 10,300 ft. Mt. Creston and bordered by the Juramento River.

Guests are welcomed by the sight of majestic condors flying overhead. Horse rides and hiking on the property feature waterfalls, Diaguita archaeological sites with cave paintings and grain-grinding rocks, and spectacular views of Mt. Creston.

Condor Valley’s own vineyards produce Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tannat wine made entirely from grapes grown on the property and produced at our solar winery (the first fully solar winery in South America!). We hope you have a chance to come sample them. We can say with confidence that the wine adds to the magic of a visit!
