Anoche, bajo la luz plena de la luna, comenzó algo más que una cosecha.

En Alpamanta vivimos la primera cosecha de Luna Llena de la temporada. Como relata Andrej en el video, recolectamos Grüner Veltliner, conocida en su tierra natal como Feldina, una variedad originaria de Austria que hoy encuentra expresión propia en nuestro viñedo, cultivado en coherencia biodinámica.

No todos los racimos hablan el mismo idioma de madurez.
Por eso, en esta cosecha hicimos una selección precisa:
• Racimos maduros
• Racimos aún verdes

Cada uno seguirá su propio camino…

Last night, beneath the full moon, something more than a harvest began.

At Alpamanta, we carried out our first Full Moon harvest of the season. As Andrej shares in the video, we picked Grüner Veltliner, known in its homeland as Feldina — a variety native to Austria, now expressing a new identity in our vineyard, cultivated in biodynamic coherence.

Not every cluster speaks the same language of ripeness.
That is why this harvest required a precise selection:
• Fully ripe clusters
• Still-green clusters

Each will follow its own path.

The ripe clusters will rest in amphora, undergoing extended skin maceration for three months. Time, silence, and matter in contact.
The greener clusters will ferment in concrete eggs before moving to barrel, preserving tension, freshness, and structural definition.

Harvesting under a Full Moon is not a romantic gesture.
It is an agricultural decision.
It is listening to the rhythm of sky and soil.
It is allowing the wine to be born with intention.

The story has just begun. 🌕
