We are already with the bunch formed, in one of the most sensitive moments in the vineyard. This is the stage where everything has to be carefully managed, especially with the risk of disease pressure that can easily set in if conditions turn.

But this year is looking fantastic. Over the last few days we’ve had just the right amount of rain, and night temperatures have dropped significantly. Everything is pointing in the right direction for a great vintage.
