- Rotkraut
- Jungzwiebel
- Birnen
- Gorgonzola
- Walnüsse
- Honig
- Balasmico
- Salz, Pfeffer
Ca. 30 Min im Backrohr bei 200°C Ober- und Unterhitze schmoren.
🍂🍷 Autumn has arrived – and it’s making its way onto our plates and into our glasses!
Our autumn vegetable dish pairs perfectly with a bold Zweigelt 2019 Ried Goldberg Neusiedlersee DAC Reserve.
Deep ruby red in colour, with intense aromas of dark cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants, complemented by notes of nougat, chocolate and a hint of mocha. Juicy, smooth and comforting, with a solid, well-structured tannin backbone that enhances its spicy sweetness. 🍷
