Edelsüße Schätze aus dem Weinlaubenhof in Illmitz. Die schier endlose Ebene ist von zahlreichen kleinen und großen Lacken durchsetzt.

Die Weingärten des Weinlaubenhofes liegen im Nationalpark Neusiedler See - Seewinkel zwischen Illmitz und dem Ufer des Neusiedler Sees. Durch die Verdunstung an den Gewässern entsteht im Herbst oft Abendnebel, der dann im Laufe des nächsten Tages von der kräftigen Herbstsonne aufgetrocknet wird. Dieser tägliche feucht-warme Witterungswechsel ist Voraussetzung für die wunderbare Botrytis cinerea, die hier am Neusiedlersee fast jährlich auftritt und für phantastische Süßweine sorgt.
