Dritter Bierstammtisch Tirol with 17 people - done! Looking forward for many more to come!

Thanks to all the (hobby) brewers and beer enthusiasts for the fun evening. We had some really nice beers, a refreshing Innsbrucker Lager aswell as delicious beer finger food thanks to our host of the evening,
an amazing gose (from 1824) and the Ritterguts Gose thanks to (who couldn’t be present 🤒- but still sponsored some beer 👍🏼) - then also brought a home brewed cyder and we also tasted a nice hoppy IPA by that Christoph had with him…
Also the home-brewed beers with herbs and fruit (juniper, basil, quince..) tasted delicious and really innovative, thank you Jochi (Brosl-Bräu) and Laurenz.

See you on the 29th of February in the Bierhalle Tirol, in a different setting - it will be a little more “brewish.” Looking forward to seeing many of you again.

#2 Bierstammtisch in der Bierfabrik

Vielen Dank , und sowie .tirol für die extrem nicen Preise: Viele geile Biere kamen von , 3 Fonteinen Geuze von , und ein Paket mit schönem Innsbruck-Bierglas und Innsbrucker Lager von … zum Gewinnen mussten die Stammtischlerinnen Einschätzungen zum Trink- und Brauverhalten der anderen Teilnehmerinnen treffen. Das war an sich schon sehr spannend.
Bei diesem Bierquiz kam zum Beispiel heraus, dass der durchschnittliche Stammtischbesucher 178 unterschiedliche Biere pro Jahr trinkt, wobei es einige Ausreißer nach oben (600 und 1000) gab.
Der Gewinner des Abends Jochen, der die Ergebnisse der Gruppe am besten abschätzen konnte! Es hat wirklich sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Getastet wurde natürlich auch zum Beispiel ein Triple und ein Double von Stefan und ein Brown Ale von …

Das war Bierstammtisch der zweite Streich und der dritte folgt sogleich am 25.01.23. Save the date!

Thanks to all the hobby brewers and beer enthusiasts who brought beers to taste… it was huge fun. We had a Triple, a nice Cold IPA , a French Christmas beer from the town where the last Unicorn was seen 😂, two barley wines and , an amazing Italian grape ale and some other excellent beers thanks to . It was a blast. See you in three weeks for the Christmas special… 🎄🍻

🥳I’ve recently completed the Diplom-Biersommelier in Obertrum

My love for beer and brewing started a long time ago. Since then I‘ve always been very keen on expanding my brewing and drinking… sorry … tasting skills…😉

The most exciting thing of the week in Obertrum was learning more about beer and food pairings. Thank you for the awesome input, the food, the nerdy conversations about beer…

Thanks to all the amazing people I met there - it was a blast!

I hope to see you at the Stammtisch in the Tribaun in Innsbruck very soon.

Last time at the Tribaun was all about flexing my taste buds… Each beer style has its own flavor profile - by trying some different ones, you’ll start appreciating a far broader range of maltiness, bitterness and sweetness… also, you’ll start to dislike boring industrial beer (because you know better) and you’ll definitely support small local breweries at some point… (win-win- situation) This experience can be a sort of enlightenment!

Of course, tasting beer makes you hungry. Luckily - at the Auis nearby they really know how to slow-cook ribs (24 hours). Highly recommended restaurant, however, they could expand their beer menu to create some nice beer and food pairing moments… 🙂😇🍻🍺
