100% whole bunch carbonic maceration of Sangiovese and Touriga Nacional.

After 6 weeks of a fully sealed wild fermentation this bad boy is heading to the press. Think crunchy wild rosemary, dark black current and lots of spice.

Look out for something new late 2025.
