The not quite honey has 22% moisture. Still tastes great, just with a shortened shelf life. Great for cooking or making mead.

This honey is called ‘Woodcroft’ as it comes from our hive located at our parents house in the Woodcroft Farm Estate.
A slightly different taste to our Aberfoyle honey.
Perhaps one would say a more citrus taste as there are citrus trees surrounding the hive!
