I have always enjoyed listening to the self described "Hamish and Andy" of Aussie Ag.

Don't be fooled by their clean cowboy hats, Tom and Mick are super sharp on market trends right across the industry and I really enjoyed the opportunity to sit down and chat all things wagyu in the lead up to our bull sale.

Right now, cattle supply is strong, and whilst demand for premium Wagyu remains healthy, there’s significant price sensitivity shaping how the market operates.

It was a great discussion about where things are heading and what it means for both producers and consumers.

2 months out from our sale, another year flying by. Thumping frosts greeting us most mornings in the New England, with calving in full swing. The season holding, but with plenty of cattle on we are looking forward to the spring break.
