I was asked why I put a board on a board under my custom cakes.
One reason is so I can line my scraper from top to bottom to give that perfect smooth edge and sharp corners.

Berries have so many tiny little seeds and no one wants them stuck in their teeth.
After blending I always sieve to get rid of those nasty little seeds that stick in your teeth.

Bren the rugby player turned 30 and celebrated with a white chocolate mudcake filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and a home made mixed berry compote.

I always use 3M tape to stick my boards to the drum.
