They should be there now….

I’m totally booked this week so my amazing parents stepped in and made the delivery for me.

The ever so popular Lemon baked cheesecake in a shortbread crumb, topped with home made lemon curd. AND

Caramel cheesecake with a Biscoff crumb.

Hope my parents didn’t take a spoon with them for the trip. 😂 😝 😜

I feel so blessed….

Not only was I lucky enough to create this show stopper Soccer cake, I also had the privilege of seeing the smile on the birthday boys face.

Four layer 8” chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate ganache and decorated in Swiss meringue buttercream.

I even got to eat a slice too…..

So moist, so delicious, definitely a crowd pleaser.

Making these vanilla cupcakes (and the custom birthday cake) brought up some beautiful memories of when our son was OBSESSED with Lightning McQueen.

Oh my gosh I think I watched all three movies at least 100 times each.

You see this is why I LOVE to create custom cakes for everyone, I truly believe it either brings back memories or creates new ones.

I would love to know, do you have a cake that brings back lovely memories?
