Shout out to De’Longhi Kenwood.
My scraper paddle snapped on my Kenwood Patissier mixer.
They replaced the paddle, 2 rubber scrapers, metal attachments and gave me an adjusting tool.
🥳
Got to love excellent customer service.

I love looking back to see what I was making/ baking a year ago.

Some beautiful rainbow and dinosaur cupcakes for orders and cheese and Vegemite scrolls for home.

I’d love to see what you have been baking lately.

125g melted unsalted butter
150g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
120g desiccated coconut
200g raw sugar
1 egg (about 50g)

Melt butter gently in the microwave or stove top.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Use an ice cream scoop or roll into balls to the size of your liking. Place on a baking tray with either baking paper or a silicone mat.
Bake in a preheated oven 180c for 12-15 mins or until lightly golden.
Leave on the tray to cool a bit before transferring to a cooling rack.
When they come out the oven they will be soft and crumble if moved too soon.
Let cool and enjoy.

Some of the delicious layered cupcake tubs that left the SBK yesterday.

Chocolate: cake, choc SMBC,ganache sauce
Vanilla: cake, vanilla SMBC and bakers jam.
Chocolate mudcake tubs too but I forgot to take another photo. 😂 Oooops

Cupcakes are available to order all year round.
