Paracombe is a small hillside town with a big story.

Once a farming community settled in the 1850s, it sits on ancient soils and rolling terrain shaped by volcanic activity millions of years ago.

Its name comes from the Kaurna word periko, meaning “cave” or “rocky place,” and it’s this rugged, elevated landscape—cool nights, warm days, and crisp mountain air—that makes Paracombe a perfect place to grow premium wine grapes.

Our Classic Range celebrates the varieties that shine in this unique environment.

Made with minimal intervention and maximum care, the Classic Range is a true reflection of our vineyard, our climate, and our philosophy: make wines that honour the land and bring people together.
