Drool! The new 'Eating In' Collection has just landed. (Click on the link in today's Thermomix newsletter or follow the video.) Yum! I love how we get new elements that can be mixed and matched with other dishes! For example the Spinach Polenta in the Short rib "bourguignon" or the Mustard tarragon sauce and Toasted hazelnut crumb with the Chicken Wellingtons. I๐Ÿ’šCookidoo. ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฐ It's bunny season so I free-styled a Roast Carrot Dip - carrots roasted in the airfryer, tinned chickpeas drained then roasted in the airfryer, tahini, caraway seeds, smoked paprika, salt and pepper then blended on speed 9 for 1 minute. If you want it a little looser and creamier you could add a couple of ice cubes before you blend the ingredients, Ottolenghi style. ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฅ• As it is, it could also be a great mash to serve under roasted meats or roasted vegetables with cubed fetta or pan-fried haloumi.

Easter greetings to you all! ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฃ We're taking dessert to a friend's house this afternoon and I'm so glad I've got a Thermomix machine! This Chocolate Basque Cake (minus the decorations) costs $69 in the Adelaide Central Market. ๐Ÿ˜ฒ Cookidoo supplied the recipe๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ, Philadelphia Cheese (proudly made in our own Mt Gambier) provided the decoration concept. I hope you're all having a lovely restful and renewing couple of days away from your ordinary routines. ๐Ÿ’š

Got 5 minutes? The weather will be beautiful over Easter and I have some dough left over from last weekend's pizza night, so seafood pizzas it will be.
