From a simple black trailer to slowly becoming something that truly feels like Sweet Wolf 🐺🍰
Every sticker, every little detail has been added bit by bit with love. From something plain in the beginning, it’s finally starting to look more and more like the Sweet Wolf I imagined in my mind 💛
Running a small business is often like this — it doesn’t transform overnight. You build it slowly, improve it little by little, and one day it starts becoming something you’re truly proud of.
There are still so many things I want to upgrade, but seeing it slowly come to life honestly feels so rewarding 🥹✨

由一架黑色、簡簡單單嘅小餐車，到而家慢慢變成充滿我風格嘅 Sweet Wolf 🐺🍰
每一張貼紙、每一個小細節，都係我一啲一滴慢慢加上去。由最初乜都冇，到而家終於愈嚟愈似我心目中嗰架「狼跡甜涯」💛
其實創業好多時都係咁，唔係一下子變靚，而係慢慢砌、慢慢改、慢慢變成自己鍾意嘅模樣。
仲有好多位想升級，但見到佢一步一步變靚，真係有種莫名嘅滿足感 🥹✨

“Everything started at Le Cordon Bleu.” 🎓✨
​Had such a great time catching up with the alumni at last night’s alumni social. Cruising down the river on The Popeye with a glass of Gin in hand really brought back all those memories from my student days.
​To be honest, I was feeling pretty sentimental. Without the training and inspiration I got from LCB, Sweet Wolf 🐺 wouldn't exist today. Even though I was just there to enjoy the night as a guest this time, seeing everyone’s passion for food reminded me why I started my own brand in the first place.
​So grateful for where it all began. Cheers to the LCB community here in Adelaide! 🥂

Thank you everyone for coming and supporting us today 🐺💛 and thank you for Hong Kong Cultural Association of South Australia 南澳香港文化協會 inviting us.

We were busy the whole day making desserts non-stop!
There were so many amazing food stalls — we really wanted to try them,but we were too busy serving and couldn’t leave the trailer 😂

We kept making cakes and drinks all day,even my knees started hurting 🥲 But seeing everyone enjoying our desserts made it all worth it 🙏

This was actually only my second time towing the trailer, so I was still quite nervous 😅I’m very grateful that many kind people helped me guide the trailer back onto the car and even taught me how to tow it safely.

Really touched by everyone’s support 💛 This event has come to a wonderful end ✨ Hope to see you again next time!

多謝各位今日嚟到支持我哋 🐺💛
真係好開心見到咁多朋友嚟參與，
亦都感受到濃濃嘅香港文化氣氛 🇭🇰✨
現場好多嘢食都好吸引，好想周圍試下，
不過我哋真係由頭忙到尾，幾乎停唔到手 😂
全日都不斷為大家整蛋糕、卷毛巾卷、出單，
忙到我膝頭哥都啪啪聲，仲有啲痛 🥲
但見到大家食得開心，一切都值得 🙏
今次其實係我第二次揸呢架餐車出嚟，
仲係有少少緊張 😅
好感謝現場有好多朋友仔主動幫手，
幫我將餐車安全上返架車，
亦都有人耐心教我點樣安全咁樣拖住餐車揸。

🍰 From a small gazebo… to our own dessert trailer
Two years ago, we joined the Friends of Hong Kong Festival .au
Back then, we were just a small setup under a Gazebo.
No trailer, limited equipment —
but one thing has never changed👇
Our goal to create desserts that truly suit the Hong Kong taste 💛

Fast forward to today…
We now have our very own Sweet Wolf dessert trailer 🐺✨
From a simple gazebo to a full trailer setup, this journey hasn’t been easy — but it’s been worth every step.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way 🙏

And this year, we’re coming back👇

✨ Night Market Asia – What an amazing first trailer event!
Our very first event using the Sweet Wolf dessert trailer has officially wrapped up!
To be honest, this was a huge milestone for me.
It was also my first time towing the trailer, and I was definitely a bit nervous before heading out 😅
From setting up the trailer to serving desserts from it for the first time, everything felt new and exciting.
Seeing so many people stop by, try our Mochi Towel Rolls, and hearing comments like
“not too sweet, really delicious”
made all the hard work completely worth it.
A big thank you to everyone who came and supported us, and to the organisers for creating such a vibrant night market atmosphere.
This is only the beginning of the Sweet Wolf trailer journey 🐺
More events are coming soon — see you again very soon!.

🌙🍰 Night Market Asia 完滿結束！
我哋 Sweet Wolf 第一次用 dessert trailer 出檔嘅活動，終於順利完成啦！
老實講，今次對我嚟講係一個好大嘅 milestone。
第一次拖 trailer 出車，出門之前其實真係好緊張 😂
由 set up、準備甜品，到第一次用 trailer serve 客人，
每一樣都係新體驗。
但見到咁多人嚟支持、嚟試我哋嘅 Mochi Towel Roll，
仲有好多客人同我講「唔太甜，好好食」，
嗰一刻真係覺得所有努力都值得 💛
好感謝每一位嚟過我哋檔口嘅朋友，
亦多謝主辦單位舉辦呢個咁有氣氛嘅夜市活動。
