I always say it’s your best friend in the kitchen ready to lend a hand in whatever way you need or feel like each time you cook 💚

To go with previous post on garlic paste - ginger paste!

Just as quick and easy to make and stores the same in freezer which is such a bonus.

Lots of ginger and garlic means it’s the perfect time to make a batch of fresh tandori paste as well. The tandori paste can be used for so many recipes, especially out of the Flavours of India cookbook, and marinating meat. As always with using your Thermomix, you know exactly what is in everything you make. This opens the door for so many people with different dietary needs to enjoy many foods and flavours that are simply not an option when considering store bought pre-made options.

Use of the bag holders makes is meg easy to divide up into 90g portions - you can get 6 serves from a single batch of tandoori paste! I keep these in small bags ready to take on the road as so many people love making the creamy coconut chicken curry when checking out the TM6 and all it’s capabilities 💚

🧄 Garlic Paste 🧄

Have you ever made your own garlic paste? It’s super quick and simple with a Thermomix! 💚

⏰ Even quicker and less mess with the blade cover and peeler - no more sticky fingers peeling it all by hand 🙌

🫙 Storage Tip: freeze your paste in ice cube trays (lining with gladwrap makes it easier to get the portions out) then store in a container in the freezer. This means having FRESH garlic ready to use anytime 🥳

💚💚I LOVE knowing that my paste is 100% garlic with a little oil added. Did you know that many of the garlic pastes in the supermarket have many other things added!?! Check out the list below from store bought garlic paste….

It was an absolute privilege to spend last night at a cooking class with Nico Moretti!!
A wonderful evening learning so so much about other cuisines, wonderful travel destinations to visit and of course countless tips and tricks for cooking with the Thermomix!

Can’t thank Nico enough for the knowledge he shared with us all. The girls and I from my team had such a wonderful night filled with laughter and are so so grateful and thankful for all that you shared with us 😊 🙏

Let’s get this message out far and wide to help support those who have been affected by the devastating floods.

My mums side of the family are in the flood areas. Thankfully they are all safe but it’s beyond devastating to see the water and the damage it has caused to areas many of us know and love dearly.

Big big thank you to Thermomix in Australia for stepping in and assisting those in need ❤️❤️

Whilst many have much bigger problems to tackle than their Thermomix right at this very moment, knowing the help is there when they are ready is beyond words 💚💚

Our hearts go out to everyone who has suffered as a result of the floods in Queensland and New South Wales. In the spirit of Togetherness that drives our Thermomix® community, we stand ready to help flood victims. Please be aware that if your Thermomix® has been submerged by the floods it is unlikely repair will be possible.

We have created a flood assistance program and invite anyone who has lost their beloved Thermie in the floods to register.
