In our native land the authentic Argentine Barbeque or ‘asado’ is a cultural spectacle and celebration that is shared with friends and family. We’d like to offer you the opportunity to share this special style of barbeque with your family, friends or colleagues. We started cooking asado in Adelaide for our family and to support various charities, but after receiving great feedback and recognition,

we decided to start Argie Asado so we can share this style of Barbeque with you. Asado is an outdoor style of cooking that provides warmth and atmosphere to any event – as well as truly succulent and delicious carne (or meat). We can cater for small groups with specific Argentine cuts of beef, lamb and chorizo cooked over coals in the Argentine style, through to large events with multiple whole lambs cooked around a pit of coals over 4-5 hours. If you are looking for something different for your next family gathering or a special event, Argie Asado could provide a pleasurable and memorable feast.
